You can add a video to a Zillow listing in two ways in 2026: on a Zillow Showcase listing your photographer uploads it through Zillow’s Aryeo platform and it plays second in the photo carousel, and on any other agent listing you put an unbranded video link in the MLS Virtual Tour field, which Zillow shows as a link under Facts and features. Zillow retired direct video uploads at the end of 2022, which is why there is no longer an “Add video” button for an ordinary listing.

Which route a video takes depends on how the listing reached Zillow. Each row is taken from Zillow’s own help pages or from an MLS that syndicates to it, as they read in September 2026.

How to add a video to a Zillow Showcase listing
On Showcase the photographer uploads the video. Your media provider adds it to the listing through Aryeo, the same system that delivers the rest of your Showcase media. Zillow Help Center, “Showcase: Edit a Listing”
Then open the listing in your Showcase workspace, select Editor, then Edit carousel media, then Videos. Pick the video, turn on Show video in carousel and select Save. The rules are strict. The video has to be made by the same photographer who provided the listing’s other media, run 120 seconds or less and focus mainly on the property. It may include personal branding, such as you introducing yourself, but no persistent agent or brokerage logos, watermarks or advertising, and only one video shows at a time.
