Miravely restyles a photograph of a real room, facade or garden. It does not invent a new one. Here is what that means in practice, and what is still being built.
What it does
Upload a photograph and Miravely reads the wall junctions, window openings, door positions and boundaries out of it before anything is generated. That geometry is held fixed. What changes is the furniture, the finish, the planting or the style — not the architecture. The same idea runs across every job in the studio: interiors, exteriors, gardens, staging, and the video tours built from a set of listing photos.
Why that is the whole point
Generic image generators are good at inventing a room. They are much worse at editing yours — a wall moves, a window disappears, a roofline changes pitch. For a real listing or a real renovation decision, that is useless: the buyer walks into the room in the listing photo, not the one the model imagined. Structure lock exists because the output has to still be the property.
What “in build” means
Some sections of this site — the walk-through video work in particular — are marked as in build rather than shown as finished. That label means exactly what it says: the frames shown are real output from the pipeline, and the part that is not yet proven is said plainly rather than glossed over. Nothing on this site claims a capability the studio cannot actually run — see Features for the current list.
Who it is for
Estate agents staging a listing, property owners planning a renovation, and architects turning a drawing into something a client can react to. The target markets are the UK and the US, which is why the disclosure guidance on staged and edited images references both MLS rules and UK advertising rules rather than picking one.
