FAQ

Every question, in one place.

General questions and billing below. Each tool and use case has its own two, linked at the bottom -- answered on the page it is actually about, rather than repeated here out of context.

General

What Miravely is and how it works.

Will the room still be my room?

That is the whole design. Miravely reads the wall junctions, window openings and door positions out of your photo and holds them fixed while it works. If the result is not the same room, that is a bug and we want the photo.

Do I have to disclose that a photo was edited?

For anything that shows furniture or finishes which are not physically there, yes. US MLS rules and UK advertising rules both expect it. The studio marks those jobs and can write the disclosure line onto the export.

What happens to my photos?

They are stored privately against your own account. Nobody else can open them, and the links we hand out expire on their own.

Can it do a moving walk-through, not just stills?

It is being built, in the open, and it is not finished. The section above says exactly where it stands rather than showing you a film we made by hand.

Pricing and billing

Plans, credits and cancelling.

What counts as a room?

One generated image. Running the same photograph through three styles uses three rooms. Adjusting a result you already have does not.

What happens to my photographs?

They are processed and returned, and kept in your project for as long as your account exists. They are never used to train a model and never sold. You can delete a project and everything in it goes with it.

Do I have to disclose a staged photograph?

In most markets, yes, and the rules differ by country. Miravely can export every staged image with a visible marker and the original alongside it. Whether that satisfies your local code of practice is a question for your regulator, not for us.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the account page, and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation call.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Buy a top-up pack below, any time, no subscription change needed. Generation just pauses until then -- nothing is charged automatically and no job runs half-paid.

Why does Team have a slider instead of a fixed price?

A brokerage running three listings and one running thirty do not belong on the same fixed plan. Drag it to the size you actually need -- the price scales with it, and everything else about the plan stays the same.
