What you get

A licence to use Miravely on the plan you paid for. Images you generate from your own photographs are yours, commercially and otherwise, with no further fee.

What you upload

You need the right to use the photograph. Uploading a photograph you do not own, including one taken by a hired property photographer whose contract keeps the copyright, is on you rather than on us.

Staged images and disclosure

A generated image shows a property as it could look, not as it is. Where you use one in an advertisement, a listing or a sale, you must make that clear to whoever sees it. Most markets require this. Using a Miravely image to misrepresent a property is a breach of these terms and we will close the account for it.

What we will not process

• Photographs whose main subject is a person rather than a property.
• Anything intended to create a misleading record of a real place.
• Anything unlawful in the market you are operating in.

Uptime and refunds

Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If the service is unavailable for more than a day in a month, write in and that month is refunded without an argument.

This build is a demonstration, not a live service, and nothing here forms a contract yet. Before launch these terms need a lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.
