What happens when you upload a photograph

The file goes to our storage first, then the photograph and your chosen style are sent to the model provider that does the actual generation. The result comes back and is stored against your own account. Nobody else can open it, and any link we hand out to view or download it expires on its own rather than staying open forever.

How long it is kept

A photograph and what is generated from it stay in your project for as long as your account exists, on every plan including the free one, so you can come back to past work instead of losing it. Delete a project, or the account itself, and it is removed on the schedule in “Deleting things” below.

What is never done

• Your photographs are not used to train a model.
• They are not sold, licensed, or shared with an advertiser.
• They are not published or used as an example without you asking for that in writing.

Deleting things

Delete a project and every image in it goes with it, including from backups within thirty days. Close the account and the whole record goes the same way. Neither asks you to email anybody.

People in photographs

If someone is visible in a photograph you upload, you are responsible for having a basis to process it. Miravely is a tool, not a controller of your data, and a processing agreement is available on the Enterprise plan.
