Privacy
What happens to your photographs.
Photographs of a home are personal. This page says plainly what is done with them, in the order people actually ask.
In the current demo build
No model is connected. The studio does its work in your browser using a canvas, and the image never leaves your device. The only thing sent to the server is the file and the style name, so the request path can be exercised, and neither is written to disk.
When a model is connected
The photograph is sent to the model, processed, and returned. On a paid plan it is stored in your project for as long as that plan says. On the free tier it is deleted once the result is delivered.
What is never done
- Your photographs are not used to train a model.
- They are not sold, licensed, or shared with an advertiser.
- They are not published or used as an example without you asking for that in writing.
Deleting things
Delete a project and every image in it goes with it, including from backups within thirty days. Close the account and the whole record goes the same way. Neither asks you to email anybody.
People in photographs
If someone is visible in a photograph you upload, you are responsible for having a basis to process it. Miravely is a tool, not a controller of your data, and a processing agreement is available on the Enterprise plan.
Who to write to
privacy@miravely.com. A real person answers, and a data request is handled inside thirty days.
This is a demo
This build is a demonstration, not a live service. Nothing here is a contract yet. Before launch this page needs a lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction to look at it.
